The White House will bar CNN from flying aboard Air Force One with President Donald Trump to Tennessee on Saturday for a college football game, according to reports. A reported schedule note listed no replacement outlet, suggesting the trip will lack TV press-pool coverage.
CNN, MS NOW and Politico regained White House credentials under a court order one day before the planned trip. The outlets had sued Trump and his administration Monday after their reporters' credentials were revoked; they said the move came without notice or process because the administration objected to their reporting. Trump said he barred the outlets over what he called repeated negative and false coverage.
A White House representative did not immediately respond to TheWrap's request for comment on CNN's exclusion.
