Cottonland Castle, the 135-year-old Waco home restored by Chip and Joanna Gaines, is pending sale after a $2.7 million June listing. The final price is unknown; the couple documented its renovation on their 2022 Magnolia Network show, Fixer Upper: The Castle.
The Gaineses bought the castle in 2019 for an undisclosed amount and tried to sell it at auction in 2023. The 6,176-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with antique tile floors, diamond-paned windows, a library and a conservatory.
