Brady Hiestand submits Rinya Nakamura in second round at UFC Vegas 121

Brady Hiestand submitted heavy favorite Rinya Nakamura with a second-round rear-naked choke at UFC Vegas 121 in Las Vegas on Sept. 26, earning the biggest win of his career to date. He was returning from a two-year layoff and entered as a sizeable betting underdog.

Nakamura had shown strong wrestling and grappling early in his UFC career. Hiestand absorbed punches and elbows on the feet, then took control on the ground and regained back control in the second round.
