“American Horror Story” Season 13 premieres Sept. 24 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on FX and Hulu on Disney+ with three episodes. Thursday episode batches continue through Oct. 22; the finale airs Oct. 29. Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters return.
The 13 half-hour episodes are scheduled as three on Sept. 24, three on Oct. 1, two each on Oct. 8, 15 and 22, and the finale on Oct. 29.
Returning veterans include Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, John Carroll Lynch, Emma Roberts, Gabourey Sidibe and Mena Suvari. New additions include Paul Anthony Kelly, Avantika, Madelaine Petsch, Joey Pollari and John Waters. Co-creator Ryan Murphy said the season draws on all previous seasons, not just “Coven”; he said Paulson would play six or seven roles, Lange four characters and Peters five.
