Insiders Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport report Nick Bosa pulled his calf at Thursday’s practice and is out against Arizona on Sunday; they say he could miss a few weeks. The 49ers are weighing an injured-reserve move, which would sideline him for at least four weeks.
The 49ers’ defensive line is already short-handed. Defensive tackles C.J. West, James Thompson Jr. and Alfred Collins are also out; Collins is sidelined for the season. Defensive ends Sam Okuayinonu and Mykel Williams are unavailable, with Williams still recovering from a torn ACL. Romello Height broke his hand last week but may play through it.
