Züca is winding down global operations, with its final day of normal business set for Sept. 30, and began a going-out-of-business sale on Sept. 23. The company says a surge in orders has put packing 5–7 days behind its usual schedule.
Züca cited a prolonged period of challenging business conditions and consideration of its long-term outlook as it announced an orderly transition. The company has not filed for bankruptcy.
Züca has not said whether warranty service will continue after normal operations end. Its website says the limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects during normal use and applies only to the original purchaser with a receipt.
