The five TV-pool outlets—CBS, ABC, CNN, Fox News and NBC—had stopped providing video coverage after Trump ordered that reporters from CNN, MS Now and Politico not be allowed inside the White House. The Guardian reported that some major events that week consequently lacked high-quality audio or video coverage.
