In its Q2 2026 letter, Tributary Capital Management said a powerful inflection was underway in Kulicke & Soffa’s profit outlook, citing semiconductor recovery, AI-related semiconductor packaging and assembly demand, and margin expansion from positive operating leverage.
Tributary’s equity allocation returned 12.5% in Q2, below the S&P 1500’s 15.3% and the Russell 3000’s 15.4%. Its technology holdings gained 23.0%, compared with 32.3% for the S&P 1500 technology sector.
