Cast members of HBO’s The Gilded Age will release Voices of The Gilded Age: The Christmas Album on Nov. 6, featuring holiday classics and two original songs by Desmond Child. Ben Ahlers’ new single, “The World Needs Some Christmas,” is available now.
The 15-track album includes Brian Stokes Mitchell singing “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” Christine Baranski performing “We Need a Little Christmas,” and Audra McDonald, Donna Murphy and Kelli O’Hara on Stephen Sondheim’s “I Remember.” Carrie Coon and Morgan Spector perform “’Twas the Night Before Christmas” in three parts.
The album will be available to stream and purchase on major music platforms, with pre-orders and pre-saves open. The Gilded Age Season 4 is scheduled to premiere on HBO on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 9/8c.
