Taylor said Liverpool Women’s Khiara Keating and Kirsty Maclean, back in team training, should be available for Sunday’s Everton derby. Mao Itamura, Lucy Parry and Mari Ward are not expected back before the international break; Ceri and Anna will be out longer.
The derby is at Anfield on Sunday, Sept. 27, at 2 p.m. BST, after Liverpool’s comeback win over Sunderland earlier in the week. Marie Höbinger, returning from an ACL injury, scored twice in 60 minutes against Sunderland. Taylor said Höbinger trained, but her workload is being built up carefully. Sara Agrez could not train, and Taylor expected her back in training the following day.
