Eagles running back Tank Bigsby missed Thursday’s practice with an abdominal injury after recording 33 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries in Sunday’s 24-20 win over Tennessee. Saquon Barkley, sidelined by a stinger Sunday, practiced ahead of Monday’s game against Chicago.
Bigsby replaced Barkley after the starter suffered a stinger in the first quarter and missed most of Sunday’s game. Bigsby averaged 2.5 yards per carry; in the second quarter, he dragged Titans defenders to the three-yard line, then scored on the next play.
Coach Nick Sirianni praised Bigsby’s hard running and said he also made a tackle on a punt. Philadelphia needs Barkley available against the Bears, particularly if Bigsby is unable to play.
