Shane Carr scores his first Kentucky touchdown in South Alabama win

Shane Carr made his first two catches in a Kentucky uniform during Saturday’s win over South Alabama, with his second reception becoming a fourth-quarter touchdown from Kenny Minchey. Carr’s first catch came in the third quarter.

Carr transferred from Southern Utah, where in 2025 he led the team with 50 catches, 744 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
