Nova Ltd. CTO Shay Wolfing reported selling 3,864 ordinary shares on Sept. 21, 2026, for about $1.4 million, according to an SEC Form 4 filing. The sale was 15% of his directly held shares before the transaction; he retained 21,409 directly held shares.
The reported sale price was $363.28 per share, compared with Nova’s $362.81 closing price that day. Nova shares had returned 17% over the year ending Sept. 21, 2026. Wolfing also has restricted stock units scheduled to vest at different times through 2030.
