Texas coach Steve Sarkisian says Mario Cristobal told him Miami lost communications on a fourth-quarter drive as Donald Trump left during its 27-21 CFP title-game loss to Indiana; CBS Sports said it lasted only a play or two and did not notably affect the result.
OutKick’s Clay Travis reported that Trump would attend Texas’s Week 4 game at Tennessee on Saturday in Knoxville, though the length of his stay at Neyland Stadium was unclear. Texas and Tennessee were both 3-0 entering the matchup, scheduled for noon ET on ABC.
