Rosenberg police say man drove SUV into Kroger over locked doors

Rosenberg police say a man intentionally drove an SUV into a Kroger at about 4:28 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, causing extensive damage to the pharmacy entrance. They said he needed to use the restroom and was upset that the doors were locked.

The Rosenberg store opens at 6 a.m. daily. Police urged the public to find a business open for restroom use rather than make a rash decision.
