Riley Green, now a coach on Season 30 of “The Voice,” was eliminated in “Redneck Island” Season 4’s second episode, then returned with Becky Andrews and won Season 5. They split the $100,000 prize, giving Green $50,000.
Green said a casting director noticed him performing at a small Alabama bar. He was hesitant to join at first, but hoped the show might help his music career; he later said he learned about reality-TV production and became better at interviews.
