Former Titans quarterback Will Levis has signed with the New York Jets’ practice squad, according to multiple reports. The Jets are releasing Bailey Zappe from the squad in a corresponding move, The Athletic reported; Tennessee released Levis on Aug. 30.
Levis started 21 games for Tennessee in 2023 and 2024, with the team going 5-16 in those games. He did not start in 2025 after the Titans drafted Cam Ward first overall. Levis has completed 339 of 556 career passes for 3,899 yards, 21 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
The Jets’ only other quarterbacks are starter Geno Smith and backup Cade Klubnik.
