BuzzFeed compiled 28 Reddit responses to a question about creepy things people had done in relationships and would never admit to partners. Posters recounted hiding in a partner’s car to see where they went, keeping X-rays and reading a partner’s texts.
The posts range from intrusive behavior to sentimental or absurd keepsakes: contributors described researching a partner’s ancestry, sleeping beside a hoodie left by a long-distance partner and stuffing a teddy bear with both partners’ body hair. Some accounts were later disclosed; one man said he told his wife last year about putting a game die in his mouth before rinsing it.
