Rams receiver Puka Nacua may miss a second straight game Sunday night against the Broncos after coach Sean McVay said Wednesday he was “not making great progress.” McVay cited groin soreness, although the injury was listed as a hip issue.
McVay said the issue is not a long-term concern and the Rams are being cautious. He likened Nacua’s symptoms to sensations that can be “almost like pre-hernia,” and said time is usually what allows them to heal. The injury is unrelated to the psoas issue that kept Nacua out during training camp.
