Sweden manager Graham Potter says Liverpool striker Alexander Isak is fit and could start all four Nations League matches during the international break, but he will assess recovery and does not expect Isak to play every minute after an injury-hit season.
Potter said he wants to field Sweden’s strongest team in every match. He also said Liverpool had not asked him to manage Isak’s minutes or suggested the striker might not be fit to start four games.
Sweden face Romania on Friday, Poland on Monday, Bosnia and Herzegovina on October 2, then Romania again on October 5.
