Five Business Insider staffers tested Muse and Instinct on everyday tasks, reporting time-saving successes and errors. Instinct paid a different Oxford road charge, costing one staffer a nonrefundable £8; it also replaced another's Notion calendar with a blank template.
One staffer said Instinct found a link to signed Seventeen albums available only through the band's US site and built a preorder plan in three minutes, saving about two hours. Muse compared Libby and local-library wait times before placing a hold on the copy with the shorter wait; another staffer used it to fill out and email an after-school-care form.
Other reported problems included Instinct suggesting a Spider-Man screening that the theater's website did not list, and a staffer said Amazon had blocked Muse, preventing a Goodreads connection. Meta referred Business Insider to a safety post in response to a comment request; Instinct did not respond.
