Heather and Richard Harris seek $1 million from Arka Risinger Educators, alleging a former teacher encouraged her son to attack their 4-year-old, who was kicked and hit by another child. The suit also alleges she shook him and caused him to fall.
The lawsuit names the former teacher as Chynia Johnson, refers to the boy as UH and accuses Arka Risinger Educators of negligence, negligence per se and gross negligence. Heather Harris said she found her son “hysterically and uncontrollably” crying when she picked him up April 27.
