Pac-12 notes spotlight Oregon State’s Cody Siegner, a two-time state team-roping champion; Colorado State’s orange 14-yard lines for John Mosley; and Boise State’s Matt Wagner, who pledged $100 per catch and $500 per touchdown to Ronald McDonald House.
Siegner is on Oregon State’s roster for its El Paso game against UTEP; he is a two-time state team-roping champion and earned first-team all-state basketball honors. Colorado State retired Mosley’s number across all sports in 2024; he was the school’s first African American football letterwinner, an all-conference wrestler, one of the first African American bomber pilots in U.S. history, and served in both the Korean and Vietnam wars. Lithia Ford of Boise will match Wagner’s gifts this season; if the match applies to both pledges, the combined giving would be $200 per catch and $1,000 per touchdown.
San Diego State’s notes report 15 kickoff-return touchdowns since the start of 2015, the most in FBS over that span; it is a program total, and five teams with at least 100 games played in that span had none. Utah State’s notes say the Aggies threw eight interceptions in their first three 2026 games, against five in all of 2025; the defense allowed 27 points after nine Utah State turnovers this season. Long snapper Hyrum Hatch switched from linebacker after a car accident and brain injury while on his mission, then taught himself to snap with YouTube videos.
