P. Terry’s is building a drive-through and dine-in restaurant at 18705 Gulf Freeway in Webster; site utilities are complete and crews are ready to pour the foundation. The chain says it should open in the second quarter of 2027 as its sixth Houston-area location.
A Sept. 8 permit filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation lists ground-up construction for a 4,056-square-foot P. Terry’s at 29269 Katy Freeway, with completion scheduled between January and August 2027. The chain has not officially announced a Katy expansion.
