OSI Systems reported record fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.79 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $10.35, up 11%, with backlog at $1.9 billion. Fourth-quarter revenue fell 4% to $484 million; management cited Middle East delivery delays, and affected orders remain in backlog.
The $1.9 billion backlog was up from $1.8 billion a year earlier. On September 17, OSI's Optoelectronics and Manufacturing division secured about $8 million in orders from a global industrial technology customer for test-and-measurement electronic assemblies, extending a multi-year relationship.
GAAP diluted EPS rose 3% to $8.95 for fiscal 2026, compared with non-GAAP EPS growth of 11% to $10.35. Healthcare's adjusted operating margin increased to 10% in Q4 from 1% a year earlier. Full-year operating cash flow totaled $276 million; OSI said it retired its bank credit lines and repurchased $123.6 million in shares during Q4.
