nLIGHT director Geoffrey Moore sold 4,452 shares on Sept. 15 for about $171,179, according to an SEC filing. The sale was made under a Rule 10b5-1 plan adopted June 15; Moore retained 85,717 directly held shares, including unvested restricted stock units.
nLIGHT shares fell after its Aug. 6 second-quarter report. The company posted record revenue of $82.6 million, up 34% year over year, but forecast third-quarter sales of $63 million to $73 million, citing supply-chain challenges expected to affect results by about $17 million.
