Watches of Switzerland Group has opened its first joint showroom for Watches of Switzerland and Mayors in Marlton, New Jersey. The 4,505-square-foot store opened September 25 and is Mayors’ first location outside Florida and Georgia.
The showroom has separate, adjacent entrances for the two brands but operates as one space, with sales staff working across both. It combines Watches of Switzerland’s watch offerings, including a VIP Rolex lounge and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned models, with Mayors jewelry and a Roberto Coin shop-in-shop.
North America president Jack Gaffaney said the group will adapt the concept to opportunities around the country while retaining the identities of its regional jewelry brands. He described Marlton as a test of Mayors’ potential beyond the Southeast; joint showrooms are an ideal, not universal, model.
