The poll followed back-to-back 30-point performances by Kansas City. The article says the remaining lineup question is whether Simmons would take right tackle Jaylon Moore’s starting spot; Moore had been exceptional through two weeks, while most of Benson’s experience is on the right.
At the start of the season, 60% of voting Chiefs fans were confident in the team’s direction. After Kansas City’s Week 2 overtime win, nearly every voter said they felt good about the team’s 2026 trajectory.
