The White House press office’s invite list for Donald Trump’s Sept. 24 state dinner honoring Chinese President Xi Jinping named SpaceX’s Elon Musk, Nvidia’s Jensen Huang and LVMH’s Bernard Arnault, alongside senior US and Chinese officials and business leaders.
Other business figures on the list included Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, Apple’s Tim Cook, OpenAI’s Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, Google’s Sergey Brin and Sundar Pichai, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos and Microsoft’s Satya Nadella.
US officials named included Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. Chinese officials included Politburo Standing Committee member Cai Qi, Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Vice Premier He Lifeng.
