Yahoo’s Week 3 fantasy-sleeper list highlights six players rostered in fewer than half of its leagues: Adonai Mitchell (37%), Rashod Bateman (29%), Emanuel Wilson (22%), Oronde Gadsden II (17%), Dontayvion Wicks (43%) and Kirk Cousins (12%).
Mitchell has topped 60 receiving yards in both starts and drew 12 targets in Week 2. Bateman had seven catches for 88 yards and a touchdown on nine targets; the article says Zay Flowers might return, while Ja'Kobi Lane will not. Wicks has settled in as Philadelphia’s No. 2 receiver, and tight end Dallas Goedert is out multiple weeks.
Wilson rushed for 92 yards on 21 carries in Week 2, but his role depends on Jadarian Price’s chest-injury status. Gadsden scored last week with David Njoku and Charlie Kolar out multiple weeks; the Chargers are also managing Ladd McConkey’s rib injury. Cousins has six touchdown passes in two weeks without Brock Bowers, whom the Raiders seem poised to have back in Week 3. Geno Smith (7%) and Jameis Winston (5%) are deeper-league alternatives.
