Kenneth Walker III says he is excited to get more chances with the Kansas City Chiefs, where he has taken most of the backfield carries after sharing work in Seattle. He has rushed for 290 yards through the Chiefs’ first two games.
In Seattle, carries were divided between Walker and Zach Charbonnet, who was viewed as the power back. The Seahawks’ coaches also managed Walker’s reps after he experienced injury issues during his NFL career.
Walker credited Kansas City’s offensive line, saying it had done a good job since OTAs and training camp and made his job easier.
