At Tuesday’s Digger premiere in London, Princess Kate switched her clutch to her other hand when Tom Cruise reached to help her down the stairs, allowing him to take her hand. The pair had shared a similar moment at the 2022 Top Gun: Maverick premiere.
Before the royals arrived, Cruise told reporters he loved William and Kate, calling them lovely people and saying he had great respect for them. Later, a woman accidentally stood on Kate’s dress; Kate said, “That’s fine,” and carried on smiling.
