The Penguins named their roster for Saturday’s fourth and final preseason game against the Buffalo Sabres, with Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Kris Letang and Erik Karlsson set to play. Karlsson will make his preseason debut after sitting out the previous three games.
The forwards are Rutger McGroarty, Filip Hallander, Nick Robertson, Bryan Rust, Tommy Novak, Hendrix Lapierre, Bill Zonnon, Tristan Broz, Ville Koivunen, Egor Chinakhov, Rickard Rakell, Evgeni Malkin and Sidney Crosby. Defensemen are Kaedan Korczak, Harrison Brunicke, Sam Girard, Trevor van Riemsdyk, Kris Letang, Erik Karlsson and Declan Carlile. Sergei Murashov and Arturs Silovs are the goaltenders.
The game is Pittsburgh’s last preseason outing before its regular-season opener against the Flyers in Philadelphia on Wednesday. Puck drop is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET; the game will be on SportsNet Pittsburgh+ and available on 105.9 The X.
