Jacobs’ placement on the list followed a plea deal related to his spring arrest in Wisconsin. ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reported that the judge referred the matter to police, who will handle information requests. NBC Sports’ Mike Florio said the NFL wants to review the video under its Personal Conduct Policy and may now have a route to obtain it. Games Jacobs has missed could count toward any final suspension.
