TMZ reported that Thomas was a passenger and got out of the car after an officer told him to stay inside; the outlet said he was allegedly intoxicated, refused instructions and did not cooperate. Sheriff's Department booking records place his detention shortly after midnight Monday and say he was taken to its Malibu/Lost Hills station in Agoura Hills.
Booking records listed total bail at $0, which the report says can be a temporary holding classification during initial intake, before a prosecutor or district attorney formally evaluates the case.
