Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels will miss the game against Seattle after dislocating his elbow. He and the team have opted against surgery for now because it would likely end his season; he is week-to-week and will not go on injured reserve.
Daniels dislocated the elbow in Washington’s 37-20 loss to Dallas last week and spent the week consulting doctors and specialists. He sustained the same injury last season.
Tom Pelissero of Netflix Sports reported that surgery remains a strong possibility after the season if Daniels makes it through the year. Pelissero also reported that Daniels will brace the elbow and return to play in the coming weeks.
