Buddy Charity opened the first Maine-ly in Houston's Montrose neighborhood in 2013. The remaining restaurant is at 7620 Katy Freeway and serves East Coast seafood including lobster, clams and shrimp. Its lobster roll is Maine-style: chopped lobster is lightly dressed with mayonnaise, unlike Connecticut-style rolls, which omit it.
