The Motley Fool flags Hershey, McDonald’s and NetEase as dividend payers trading near 52-week lows, with forward yields of about 3.45%, 3.1% and 1.65%, respectively. It links their share declines to cocoa costs, softer U.S. sales and investment losses.

Hershey declared a $1.452 quarterly dividend ($5.808 annualized), while higher cocoa costs pushed its payout ratio to about 82%; its CFO said the company had good visibility into cocoa-cost deflation next year. McDonald’s raised its quarterly dividend 4% to $1.93, extending its dividend-growth streak to 50 years, although U.S. comparable sales rose only 0.8% year over year.

NetEase declared a $0.48 dividend per American Depositary Share for U.S. holders, but its payouts vary with yearly performance; its trailing payout ratio is about 40%. The article says its first-half adjusted net income fell 8% year over year, mainly because of investment losses rather than weaker game performance. McDonald’s franchises about 95% of its locations and reported a 46.9% adjusted operating margin in the first half of 2026.
