Hailee Steinfeld said in her Beau Society newsletter that Harper, her daughter with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, is crawling. On “Fitz & Whit,” Allen said fatherhood may help him set aside work-related negative self-talk and focus on family at home.
The couple welcomed their first child five months ago; her full name is Harper Haize Allen. Steinfeld said spending time with Harper on the living-room floor had become her favorite hobby and that she was not ready to think about her daughter talking because she was growing so quickly.
The comments came as Buffalo prepared to host the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3 with a 2-0 record. Allen had earned his 19th career AFC Offensive Player of the Week honor after accounting for five touchdowns in a 41-31 win over Detroit: three passing and two rushing.
