H.B. Fuller shares edged lower Thursday after fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of $938 million missed analysts’ estimate of more than $948 million. Adjusted earnings beat forecasts at $1.52 a share, while the company narrowed its full-year adjusted EPS range to $4.70–$4.85.
Revenue rose 5% year over year as a 7% increase in pricing offset a decline in sales volume. GAAP net income climbed nearly 18% to almost $79.2 million, and adjusted earnings per share increased from $1.26 a year earlier.
H.B. Fuller maintained its full-year revenue-growth outlook at mid-single digits versus 2025; its adjusted EPS range had been $4.60–$4.90. The company said pricing helped counter higher raw-material costs and restructuring efforts were benefiting the business.
