Gregory Daffron, 35, was arrested in Jonesboro, Arkansas, on Sept. 22 after police said he uploaded 44 images of child sexual abuse material to a Google account. A judge set $250,000 bond, barred internet access and scheduled his next hearing for Oct. 26.
The Jonesboro Police Department said the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted it earlier this month about material uploaded to a Google account. Google provided an IP address, email address and date of birth, and police said their investigation led to a house where Daffron lives. At a Wednesday hearing, Judge Tommy Fowler said Daffron could face more than 44 possession counts, possibly well over 100.
