The three proposed constitutional amendments would increase the maximum acreage qualifying for assessment and taxation as bona fide conservation-use property; provide for nonpartisan elections of all probate court judges; and authorize a Georgia Next Generation 9-1-1 Fund for system expansion, maintenance and operation.
