Jeffrey Epstein’s executors Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn reportedly face a federal probe in Manhattan, but its focus is unclear. Prosecutors are reviewing potential witnesses’ emails and financial records and interviewing them, The Wall Street Journal reports.
People interviewed by prosecutors described Indyke’s and Kahn’s roles in legal entities that allegedly helped conceal Epstein’s activities, and their handling of financial and legal matters involving young women, according to people familiar with the interviews. Both men have denied knowing about Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation.
Indyke and Kahn have managed Epstein’s estate since his death in 2019. Documents cited by The Wall Street Journal say Indyke could receive $50 million and Kahn $25 million for their work. An estate fund overseen by them has distributed more than $120 million to dozens of victims.
