Elysium Health launched TELI Sept. 9, an online longevity-care program where licensed providers assess eligible adults and create personalized plans when clinically appropriate. Its 18 protocols cover prescription drugs, peptides, supplements and vitamins.
Patients begin with a medical intake covering their history, lifestyle and goals. An independent licensed provider reviews the information, and plans can be adjusted over time through a portal; medications ship from U.S.-licensed pharmacies. TELI is unavailable in West Virginia, Kansas, New Mexico, Mississippi and Louisiana.
The article says the fully online model cannot replace physical exams or in-person diagnostics and notes that published, patient-level evidence is lacking on whether bundled longevity protocols improve hard outcomes.
