Eagles OC Sean Mannion says screens will remain a major part of the offense despite no positive screen plays for a second straight week. Philadelphia completed five of seven screen passes for a net minus 15 yards; Mannion said fundamentals and execution need work.
Mannion said some attempts were close and that he thinks screens can become more productive as the season goes on. In the Week 1 win over Washington, Lemon lost three and five yards on two screens that were stopped immediately after poor blocking.
