A Week 3 guide tells Dallas Cowboys fans to root against NFC rivals, including the Eagles and Giants, as well as Pittsburgh and Houston; Dallas owns the Steelers’ fourth-round and Texans’ seventh-round picks in next year’s draft.
Among NFC games, the guide recommends Chicago over Philadelphia, Tennessee over the Giants and Washington over Seattle, which it describes as a greater potential threat to Dallas later. It also backs Atlanta over Green Bay, Arizona over San Francisco and Tampa Bay over Minnesota; the 49ers and Vikings are both 2-0.
Across NFC-AFC games, it backs Cleveland over Carolina, the Jets over Detroit, Las Vegas over New Orleans and Denver over the Rams. The guide says the Panthers, Lions, Saints and Rams all enter Week 3 at 1-1 and argues that losses would leave more NFC rivals below .500. Its AFC picks are Cincinnati over Pittsburgh and Indianapolis over Houston.
