Colts tight end says Irsay-Gordon’s headset does not bother players

Colts tight end Mo Alie-Cox said owner Carlie Irsay-Gordon’s sideline presence and headset do not bother him or his teammates; he said she is learning football, not using the headset to tell staff what to do.

Alie-Cox said the practice has continued for years and suggested it is drawing more attention because Irsay-Gordon is now the principal owner. She took over for her late father in 2025.
