The St Michael and St John's Loyola Scout Group, active in Clitheroe since 1924, moved from the Grade II-listed Old Stables to Clitheroe United Reform Church after more than 45 years there. It will be renamed in due course.
The group held a farewell gathering on 23 September; the church is selling the Old Stables. Memorabilia on display included an Apostolic blessing from the Roman Catholic Church after the group's 1950 Vatican visit, and a Queen's Scout Award signed by Queen Elizabeth II and given to Clitheroe Scout Michael Fox.
