Pelissero clarified that his earlier report that Chicago had not ruled Williams out did not mean a return was likely: Williams had not practiced, and the team would hold him out if the hamstring remained an issue late in the week. He said the injury was not long-term. Fowler also said Williams' Week 4 status against the New York Jets was uncertain.
