The Milwaukee Brewers selected right-hander Lyon Richardson from Triple-A Nashville on Sept. 23 and optioned left-hander Colton Gordon to Nashville, according to the team’s transaction log.
The roster page says it was last updated Sept. 18, even though its transaction log includes the Sept. 23 moves.
